Order Confirmation

Production begins only after:
• Final design approval from the client
• Written confirmation of order details
• Deposit or full payment confirmation
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

If materials have already been specially purchased for the order, the Company reserves the right to deduct material and administrative costs from any refundable amount.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:
• Change of mind after production has started
• Incorrect size selection provided by the client
• Minor color variations due to screen display differences
• Minor print placement variations within acceptable production tolerance
• Delays caused by courier, customs, or force majeure events

Refund & Replacement Process

If you believe your order has a manufacturing defect or is significantly different from the approved design, please follow the process below:

Step 1 – Contact Us

Notify us within 7 days of delivery via email at: info@tshirtpattayahouse.co

Include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos or video evidence
• Quantity of affected items

Step 2 – Internal Review

Our team will review the claim within 3–5 business days.
We may request additional information if necessary.

Step 3 – Resolution Decision

If the claim is approved, we may choose one of the following solutions:
• Reproduce the defective items
• Replace the affected goods
• Issue a partial refund
• Issue a full refund (in rare cases where reproduction is not possible)

The method of resolution is determined at the Company’s reasonable discretion.

Step 4 – Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed:
• To the original payment method
• Within 7–14 business days after approval

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Return of Goods (If Required)

If a return is required:
• Items must be unused
• Returned in original packaging
• Shipping instructions will be provided by the Company

Return shipping responsibility will be determined after claim review.

Limitation of Liability

T Shirt Pattaya House Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for:
• Indirect losses
• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Event cancellation

Maximum liability is limited strictly to the total order value.
