Clients are responsible for:
• Accuracy of submitted artwork
• Size selection
• Quantity confirmation
• Final design approval
Production begins only after written confirmation and payment.

Intellectual Property

Clients confirm they have legal rights to use submitted logos, artwork, or designs.

The Company is not liable for copyright infringement arising from client-submitted materials.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted per order
• Deposit or full payment required before production
• Bank charges and currency conversion fees are the client’s responsibility

Production & Delivery

Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
• Order size
• Material availability
• Logistics delays
Risk transfers to the client upon handover to the shipping provider.

Limitation of Liability

Company liability is limited to the order value.
The Company is not responsible for indirect losses.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
Disputes shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation before court proceedings.
